No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

D. Tracking User Behavior

We may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within The Soulmate University's sites in order to determine what The Soulmate University services are the most popular and to optimize our offerings. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising to customers who have shown interest in our products or services.

F. Conversation Audio Recording

All appointments we take, whether via phone or virtual meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, etc), are recorded for quality and training purposes. By booking an appointment with our team (as a purchaser, prospective purchaser, or client), and by attending that appointment, you give consent for us to record the conversation.

Recorded conversations are necessary in order for us to operate our business and provide services in compliance with various state, federal, and international regulations. The conversations we record are kept entirely confidential, and will only ever be used internally by the The Soulmate University team to learn, improve, operate our business, and allow us to provide you with requested goods and services. We will never share your conversation without permission, and will never disclose the contents of any recorded conversations with any third-party, except where required by law.

You may withdraw your consent for us to record at any time by ending the conversation - either by terminating a phone call or exiting a virtual meeting. However, should you choose to withdraw your consent for audio recordings, The Soulmate University reserves the right to refuse service and will be unable to fulfill conversation-based deliverables such as coaching or strategy calls with members of the The Soulmate University team. We also reserve the right to retain any already recorded conversations as a matter of record.

G. Withdrawing Your Consent for Email Communication

From time to time, we may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from us or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from The Soulmate University, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button or by emailing us at [email protected].

H. Access To And Correction Of Personal Data
